At the Dublin Senior Cross Country Championships, City West, D.S.D scored in all four Junior & Senior races, U.20 women 1st; U.20 men 1st; Senior Women 2nd and Senior Men 3rd.
The most remarkable race of the day was the Senior Women's, where our team led home by Meghan Ryan finished 2nd. Meghan was followed home by three of our longest serving members, who have had numerous Dublin & National titles over the last twenty years;- the evergreen Maria McCambridge 9th, just ahead of Sarah Mulligan 12th and Niamh Devlin 14th.
Our Men's Senior team, missing Paul & Hiko, battled to a gallant 3rd place, with Emmet Jennings 3rd, Killian Mooney 7th; Robert Corbally 20th and Gavin Callery 27th.
One of the easiest wins of the day saw Eimear Maher dominate from the start in the U.20 Women's race, with Isabella Tomkin Beddy 4th; Isabella Chambers 7th and Ciara Wilson Bowen 14th.
Eanna O'Bradaigh 3rd, spearheaded our U.20 Men's team to gold with Jamie Byrne 6th; Andrew McGilton 9th; Sean Quinn 10th and Paul Delahunty 12th.
