Big congratulations to Avril Dillon who won Bronze at the World Masters Championships in Tampere, Finland.
Running in the W40 category Avril ran an excellent race to take 3rd place in the 100m in 12.47 secs.
This follows upon a great performance at European Masters, where Aril won Silver W40 hurdles and Bronze W40 60m.
