The U.20/U23 National Track & Field Championships took place yesterday in Tullamore, with a good group of our athletes in action.
Elizabeth Ndudi won the Long Jump U.20, setting a new CBP with a leap of 6.30, following upon her new Irish U.20 record last week of 6.44. Molly Hourihan continued her good form, winning the U.23 200m in a time of 24.68. Also finishing first we had Cara Murphy, taking gold in the U.23 400m hurdles, in a time of 64.04.
