On Sunday, our juniors and u 23s took the stage. Ciara Wilson Bowen won the u 23 walk. It’s official now: Ciara walks quicker than I can run.

15th June – Dublin juvenile meet
30th August – Masters DSD Games

Membership renewals are very satisfactory at 90%. We are over 1,000 registered members already this year.
The VHI women’s mini marathon is going to sell out by the end of this month it seems. It’s the blood in the veins of the club – the secret juice. So good it should be banned. It’s the reason we don’t ask members to buy raffle tickets!
And the pain has started on the phase 2 construction. 18 months of torment coming up but it will be worth it…
