The 90th Anniversary of the International Race Walk Meeting, Poděbrady Walking, took place at the Spa Colonnade in Poděbrady, Czech Republic on 2nd April. As a World Athletics Race Walking Tour Gold Meeting, it drew representatives from around the world, with 14 athletes from Ireland competing.
DSD was represented by Ciara Wilson Bowen who competed in the 5Km race, finishing in the
top 20 of the field with a new PB.
Many congratulations to Ciara competing in her first European race in unexpectedly freezing conditions.
