Volunteers

Clubs are required to provide volunteers at all events. In order to ensure that our coaches can concentrate on their athletes we look to parents to help when required. Many thanks to everyone who put their name forward to volunteer at League 2 - we really appreciate it and could not run these events without your generosity!

Cecil has asked that we cover 2 volunteer slots on this occasion - so we have split the role into and early and late volunteer to coincide with when your child will be running on the day. We have one position at the Finish Line and the other a Course Marshall.

Course officials should check-in with Eoin Fitzgerald (Lucan Harriers) before 10.30am and Finish area officials should check in with Aidan McKenna (Lusk AC) before 10.40am - we can point you in the right direction on the day.

We randomly picked volunteers on this occasion based on Cecil's request and hope that we will be able to call on everyone else during one of the upcoming Leagues.

Many thanks again to everyone for putting themselves forward – you have made the task of providing Dublin Juvenile Competition Committee with volunteer names so much easier!

We would also like to thank our coaches who have prepared their athletes so well and will be attending on the day and for what promises to be a record 2024 Cross Country Season!

Wishing all DSD athletes the very best of luck!
