On a very long night in the National Indoor Arena, D.S.D., athletes felt like they were walking in their sleep as they stepped out on the track after 11 p.m last night, in the Dublin Juvenile Indoor Championships Day 1.
Ciara won the U.16 and Anna U.17 walks to qualify for the All Ireland Championships. In the U.14 walk Robyn finished 2nd and Saoirse 3rd, and also qualifying in 4th place was Brooke.
Faye Dervan finished 1st U.19 800m 2.21.33; Gregor McCullagh Travers ran his first indoor 800m and ran a very good race to finish 3rd, Isabella Tomkin 2nd U.16 800m 2.26.34.
