On Day 1 of the National Juvenile Track & Field Championships in Tullamore yesterday,
Adona Zewdie finished a great 2nd place in the U.16 Girls Discus with a throw of 29.55. Andrew Hayes placed 2nd in the U.18 110m hurdles.
Daniel Conway won bronze in the U.16 Triple Jump and just missed out on a medal in the 100m hurdles, finishing in 4th position. Bronze medals were also won by Luca Moran U.14B High Jump; Sadhbh Hassett U.17 2,000m S/Chase and Eabha Durbridge U.17 Triple Jump.
