Volunteers/Officials

Clubs are required to provide volunteers at all events. In order to ensure that our coaches can concentrate on their athletes we look to parents to help when required and your co-operation is much appreciated. Many thanks to the parents who have put their names forward already to assist – in the event that we need to ask for volunteers to step in on the day – we hope you will be generous with your time/patient with our requests.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • There is no access to the hotel – toilets are located at the top of the main car park and along the course.

  • Please follow directions of the volunteer parking stewards and only park in designated areas.

  • There will be a gap of approximately an hour after the U9/U11 races with the objective of allowing car spaces to free up before the remaining U13-U19 races.

  • U19/Junior/Senior athletes and coaches are advised to keep well away from the finish area with their chipped bib number in advance of their contests.

Please refer to the attached documents for Entries, Directions, Parking, Course Map, Race Schedule and Age Categories. Reminder that athletes may move up one age group when competing in Cross Country Championships.

Wishing all athletes the very best of luck!

Yours in Sport
