Volunteers/Officials

As you can appreciate it takes a lot of effort from all clubs to host an athletics event. Thank you to the DSD parents who have given up their time to help on the day, your kind contribution is very much appreciated.

NOTE:

Coaches will be on hand to warm-up athletes and will also walk the course at least 40 minutes before race start time. It is important that you be on-time as Coaches are unable to wait to start warm-up and walk the course.

Parking

Parking is available in Santry Park car park – we have been instructed not to park on the grass. Once the car park is full – gates will be closed and no additional vehicles will be permitted to enter until a vehicle exits. We also have permission to use the main car park in Morton Stadium, only officials will be permitted to the Clonliffe Clubhouse entrance. There is additional parking available on the Northwood Avenue side of the course close to the spectator entrance on that side.

We have been asked that no cars should be parked on any grass areas/verges in Morton Stadium, Santry Demesne, Plaza Hotel or industrial/business parks.

Please refer to the attached documents for Race Schedule, Course Map, DSD Entries and Age Categories.

Many thanks to Clonliffe Harriers AC for hosting the Championships.

Wishing all athletes the very best of luck!

Yours in Sport,

Sharon Wilson

Director of Athletics Operations
