Any of our juveniles that have spent ample time on Hennegens hills would have had no fear walking onto the course in City west and indeed, it seems plenty of our juveniles have been traipsing over our rolling feature at Campus as the results spoke for themselves.
"DSD were the only club to win medals from u9 - u19."
A lovely sentence our Club CEO Gerry McGrath was able to post into the coaches group after the Championships. The consistency of it is exciting from a club perspective and the success of it no doubt is exciting for the athletes, their teammates, friends and coaches.
The best aspect of both even and uneven Championships from a club perspective has been the numbers taking part and combined with the sea of DSD vests at the Dublin City Marathon it's hard not to be very excited about running in DSD.
