Emma Shines in Santry!

Big congratulations must go to Emma McEvoy, who, in her first ever All Ireland Cross Country Championships, finished first in the U.18 Girls race on Sunday in Santry. This is a great achievement for Emma and she has been rewarded by a place in the Irish U.20 team for the Spar European Cross Country , on the 12th December.

Our best placing in the U.18 Boys race was Jamie Byrne in 20th position.

Aisling Power stepped up to the mark in the U.12 Girls race, with a fine performance to finish 27th.

Well done to all our young athletes, who took part in these championships. The experience gained will stand to them in their future athletic careers.
