Hiko Tonosa had a stroll in the country yesterday, at the Enniscorthy 10k, as he returned to action after an achilles tendon injury, and displayed no ill effects afterwards. Hiko won by over a minute in windy wet conditions and is now looking forward to more competitive races in the future.
A great run by Linda Byrne saw her pick up the top spot in the women’s section finishing 11th overall in a field of 400.
Congratulations to both!
