Congratulations to our own Kate Doherty and the other members of the Irish 4x200m relay team (Aoife Lynch; Sarah Quinn and Sophie Becker), who finished a great 2nd place, at the World Relays in Silesia, Poland, yesterday. This was a fantastic run by the Irish team, setting a new national record of 1.35.93. Poland finished 1st with Ecuador 3rd. Kate also ran a super leg on Saturday as part of the 4 x 100m team, finishing 10th overall, and qualifying for the 2022 World Relays. Well done to all!
