Day 1 of the Juvenile Dublin Indoor Championships will start tomorrow 1st February in Abbotstown Indoor Arena. The Championships will start with the Even Age Relays (U10, U12, U14, U16 & U18), along with Shot Putt for the Girls U15 to U19. The first relays will start at 7pm, please be there 1 hour before (6pm) to check in with the club and receive your number. (See below Day 1 Schedule of events).
Click here for a list of relay teams. Where there is more than one team in an age group, we are required to label them ‘A’ or ‘B’ etc.. This is for the officials to identify the different teams. It should not be assumed that the A team is stronger than the B team (visa versa), the teams could be equally be as strong as each other. Please note the relay is made up of a team of 5, 4 runners and 1 sub. The coaches will advise the team of their runner order. Over the 4 days of the Championships we have 155 athletes entered from DSD, see link below for list of DSD entries and remind yourself which events you entered. Also, below are the event schedules for each day, please make sure you know which day your event takes place. Be at the stadium at least 1 hour before your first event. The times shown are approximate and can change without notice. Bring food/water as delays can happen.
If wearing spikes please ensure they are inserted with 5mm spikes. Club singlets must be worn, a limited stock will be available to purchase at the stadium (Price €20).
