Hi All,

The following is to bring you up to date with the latest Level 5 Covid Restrictions and where it affects our training groups.

Attached are the following quick guides for All Members (Juv & Adult) and DSD officials (Coaches & Helpers). I’ve tried to keep the content to a minimum, which is a summary of the DSD Protocols Master Document. It is important you familiarise yourself and update younger members with these protocols.

Juvenile & Adult Training Locations Update:

Notes:

· All Adult Training Groups are not permitted to train during Level 5 Restrictions. Please continue your training on an individual basis.

· The 5km travel restriction applies to all athletes. There is one exemption to this for School Aged athletes (i.e. those who attend Primary/Secondary School) who can travel beyond 5km for organised training sessions.

· Tuesday training in Meadowbrook will continue as usual (6pm to 7pm)

· Wednesday training in Irishtown is cancelled due to closure of Irishtown Stadium.

· Wednesday Little Athletics in Meadowbrook, will continue in the Green Area next to Meadowbrook car park as the DLR All-Weather pitches are closed.

· Thursday training in Meadowbrook will continue as usual (6pm to 7pm)

· Saturday training in Irishtown is cancelled due to closure of Irishtown Stadium.

· F4Y & Development Groups who train outside of these days should contact your coach for changes in training schedules.

Finally, I would like to remind members you can only attend training if you have accepted the training invites prior to attending training. If you do not accept the invite you WILL be turned away. Anyone experiencing issues with the ClubForce app, should address the issue immediately either by finding the solution through the tutorial document (linked here) or contacting ClubForce directly (info@clubforce.com).

Yours in sport.
