Meghan Ryan picked up her second national road title of the summer on Sunday in the Phoenix Park, following upon last month's gold medal in the 5 mile. Meghan had an almost 40 second lead at the half way mark and never looked back on her way to the title in a time of 58:03. She was supported by Fiona Clinton, who finished 2nd in 59.15 and Serena Tuffy 64.04, to take the team title for D.S.D.
Emmet Jennings also ran a fine race finishing 3rd in the Men's Race in 50.40.
