Mollie wins 100m at AAI Games!

Mollie O’Reilly was in great sprinting form at the weekend in the AAI Games, winning the 100m in a time of 11.45. Unfortunately this will not count as a new PB for Mollie due to the +4.4 wind reading.

David Bosch finished 2nd in the Men’s 400m 48.67; with Molly Hourihan 3rd in the Women’s 400m 55.05.

Cara Murphy continues to improve at 400mH with a 3rd place finish 62.87 and Joseph Hastings was 6th 800m 1.52.27.

Our mixed 4 x 4 relay team of Jack Moraghan, Molly Hourihan, Charlotte Bourke and David Bosch took gold with a time of 3.36.00, and our 2nd team of Gregor McCullagh Travers, Rachel Dunne, Aisling Cunningham and Scott Dunne finished in 4th place in 3.56.43.


In the Masters Combined Events 50-59, Ronan Gately (M55) finished 4th as follows:

4th L.Jump 4.25; 5th Discus 23.10; 200m 3rd 27.51; Jav 6th 20.77; 1500m 6.45.78. (2177)

Kevin Byrne (M50) 2nd Long Jump 4.88; 2nd Discus 24.41; 4th 200m 27.93; 3rd Jav 24.55; 1500m DNS.

James Sullivan (M35) 5th Heat 4: 25.29.
