A large group of D.S.D athletes travelled to Tullamore yesterday for the National U.20 & U.23 Championships, where they enjoyed beautiful sunshine and good competition.
Molly Hourihan had a great day, winning the 400m hurdles and coming 2nd in the 200m with a big new PB. Ciaran Carthy returned to good form with a PB in the 200m where he finished 3rd. Also producing a huge PB was Molly Mullally in the Triple Jump, with five of her jumps improving on her previous personal best.
