Our Club President and Coach Lucy Moore won an excellent Silver medal in the Shot-Put with a fine throw of 8.27m in the British Masters Championships last Sunday 6th March in Lee Valley. Lucy had 4 throws over 8m, her best series of throws in years.
Lucy also competed in Hammer and Weight Throw, coming 5th in both.
