Liz’s sprint group time & location changes as follows

Tuesday – 6pm Marlay Park

Wednesday – 4pm UCD

Thursday – 6pm Marlay Park

1. 
   

Saturday – 11.15am Irishtown

1. 
   

Sunday – 11am Irishtown

Please note all BCS training groups are NOW training in Marlay Park Tuesday & Thursday from 6pm. There is no training at the BCS location we have now moved to Marlay Park.
