Like all weeks in DSD, busy!
We all started getting used to ClubZap. ‘Looks decent so far.
Monday saw another round with Áine McNamara – Her report is expected early in the new year. We’ll use her findings to help us refine our coaching structures.
Ciara Wilson Bowen kept the flag flying in the National Walks champs in Raheny with her u 20 bronze.
The NIA on Wednesday saw the indoor season kick off. Lorcan Murphy impressed with his 6.9 win in the 60m. He won the LJ as well.
Spec for the Stableyard floor was agreed at last and hopefully will please everyone.
Damian’s report on the juvenile xc league caught the eye: 400 competitors and a lot of high placings.
Christmas brings a lot of food and sleep, the key ingredients for doubling the training. I hope everyone trains hard on Christmas day when their competitors are resting.
